I had a meeting yesterday with our account lead from Microsoft. It was my first time meeting him, but he’s been serving as the relationship lead to my company for years. He wanted to talk software and applications, (MSFT as an OS/App provided), i needed to understand where they were going as an advertising supplier (MSFT as an enabler of effective marketing). His main contact at ACME is on the tech side, but increasingly, i care less and less about the technology, especially the stuff he’s selling.
